Identified

We are working towards migrating DNS hosting providers given upstream issues with current provider. We are validating the migration now to ensure we can properly restore service to affected regions without impacting currently unaffected regions.

We've confirmed issues with our upstream DNS provider; the provider is working urgently to resolve. We are working to provide alternatives for affected geographies in the interim.

Update

We are continuing to investigate the issue. Working with upstream DNS and service providers, we can confirm that the issue impacts several regions past just the United Kingdom. Additional impacted regions include South Africa and Australia.

We will provide an update and workaround ASAP.

In some cases, usage of a VPN from a different location may allow for a temporary workaround.

Investigating

We're currently investigating an issue with DNS propagation for app.hive.com and other hive.com subdomains in select regions (UK).

We are working to confirm and advise on workarounds while we work with our DNS provider.
